Originally from South Bend, Eric graduated from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. Before founding Certus Medical in 2016, he worked at Stryker, gaining extensive experience in the medical device industry.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife Melissa and their two children, Cole and Reid. The family loves snow skiing and relaxing at the lake, and he’s an avid supporter of his kids’ athletic pursuits in football, basketball, and lacrosse.

He also enjoys time with their dog, Teddy, and serves on the board of directors for CHAMP Camp, a charity supporting children with medical needs.
