Jake is a seasoned sales leader with over 17 years of experience in the medical device industry. He launched his career at Stryker as a full-line sales representative specializing in trauma and joint arthroplasty, and has spent the past 14 years deepening his expertise in joint arthroplasty and the complementary product portfolios that support core business growth.

A founding team member at Certus Medical, Jake has been instrumental in shaping the company’s trajectory from the ground up—playing a pivotal role in building its market presence and driving sustained growth. He currently leads the Indiana sales organization.

Throughout his career, Jake has built a strong reputation for leading and developing  high performance sales teams while consistently achieving and exceeding sales goals.  He is passionate about mentoring others and takes pride in helping individuals reach their personal and professional goals.

Jake holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences with a minor in Biology from Purdue University. Outside of work, he is a devoted family man who cherishes time with his wife and three children. An outdoorsman at heart, he enjoys hunting, skiing, and tennis, and loves exploring new destinations with his family.
